Reviews and Ratings
The resort is a beautiful weekend getaway with stunning natural surroundings and fantastic food. My family enjoyed the large lawn where our kids could run around and play. The cleanliness and maintenance were impressive, but the reception service could use improvement. Overall, it offers great value for food, but the rooms could be warmer during colder seasons.
The resort is a beautiful getaway just 20km from central Kathmandu, surrounded by nature and a relaxing environment. Unfortunately, I faced challenges with staff responsiveness and room heating during my stay, which impacted my overall experience. While the food was fantastic, particularly the Hyderabadi Biryani, the management and room conditions could use significant improvement.
I recently stayed at this resort for a week-long conference, and while the location was beautiful and the food was exceptional, we faced several issues that affected our comfort. The heating in the rooms and conference area was inadequate, and the staff's responsiveness to our concerns left much to be desired. Despite these drawbacks, the serene setting and delicious meals would make it a decent getaway if you're looking for relaxation away from the city.
I recently stayed at this resort and loved the serene surroundings. The natural beauty and the swimming pool were highlights. However, the management could use some improvement, as my interaction with the new manager was frustrating and affected my overall experience. The food was fantastic, particularly the Hyderabadi Biryani, which was a delight to have. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway but there are some issues with management that could deter me from returning.
The resort is situated only 20km from central Kathmandu, making for a great getaway spot. The food was outstanding, and the outdoor space was a hit for my family. However, my experience was a bit marred by poor management, especially with one staff member who seemed dismissive. I appreciated the clean environment and friendly waitstaff, but the reception could have improved its hospitality skills.
